A line of symmetry, of a two-dimensional shape is a line such
that when a mirror is placed on it one half of the shape reflects
to the other half. Shapes can have various numbers of lines
If a shape has one or more lines of symmetry, it is said to
have line symmetry. When a shape has only on line of symmetry,
it is said to have bilateral symmetry.
Example of Line of Symmetry :
The above rectangle
has two lines of symmetry.
